50 years ago my Great Uncle Jess and Aunt Dorothy started El Burrito Restaurant in Fort Collins, CO. It is a place that we visit often and we all love the food, so last weekend we drove up to Fort Collins for the anniversary celebration. It was good food, music and family, what more do you need.
